Invigos is an award-winning writing tool where users develop not only their texts but their ability and motivation to write. Our proven technology has helped and motivated thousands of teachers and students in Swedish schools. Now we are refining the product, incorporating novel AI technology and preparing it for international growth to millions of learners of English as a 2nd language. It is a $1.5 billion market and we want you to lead the growth effort.
As the Head of Growth, you are an indispensable member of Invigos' leadership team. Your responsibilities include:
- Digital Marketing
- create captivating content and messages
- plan and run marketing campaigns
- experiment and optimize marketing methods, channels and messages
- Metrics / Data Science
- track key SaaS metrics (e.g. users, conversion, NPS, ARPU, MRR, Churn, CAC, LTV)
- perform funnel and cohort analysis
- discover metrics-driven product improvements
- Building the Growth Team
We believe that you are a quick-paced, self-driven experimenter and doer who mix strategic business skills with the will to get things done. As a team player and a leader, you can gradually delegate responsibilities as the growth team is enlarged. Your written and spoken English is excellent. Additional language skills are most welcome.
